• Class seats are on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Classes only start at the beginning of the month. Students cannot join a class that has already started.

• Deadline for registration is on the last day of each month.

• After successful registration, we will send a confirmation email according to the contact information provided by the participants.

• After completing the registration process, the purchased class cannot be cancelled, the paid registration fee will not be refunded, and the spot cannot be transferred to others.

• Classes are confirmed by payment. Unpaid class reservations will not be accepted.

• One class per week. Tuition is paid in monthly, flat rate fee.

• All tuition paid is not transferable or refundable, and cannot be deferred.

• Students are kindly requested to attend on time, latecomers must catch up with the progress of the class by themselves and no extra time will be given.

• In order for students to build self-confidence in climbing, during the class, parents/guardians are not allowed to join / supervise the class.

• If students have any illnesses or injuries that is not suitable for rock climbing, please self-evaluate whether they are suitable for participating in the relevant classes, or consult a doctor for reference. Verm City will not be held responsible for concealment of symptoms. Verm City reserves the right to deny students access to the climbing facility.

• All tools or equipment damaged due to negligence or intentional shall be compensated according to the price.

• Students must take good care of their personal belongings and wear appropriate clothing for class. Verm City and it’s staff will not be held responsible in the event of any items lost or misplaced.

• For safety reasons, students should follow the instructions of the course instructor at all times.

• If the Verm City Coach or Staff member believes that a student has engaged in intolerable conduct, including but not limited to creating a nuisance to other persons present, physical harm to others, use of words or actions that may be offensive or annoying, or Indecent behavior, Verm City reserves the right to ask the student to leave or terminate the student's entire course. In this case, the student will not be able to obtain any refund or other arrangement. Verm City may also ban said student from it’s establishment.

Students who are absent will be deemed to have given up the class voluntarily, and will not receive a make-up class or tuition refund.

• One leave per month is allowed, and all second leave will not be arranged. Students or parents must Whatsapp us the date of the leave 24 hours prior to the class.

• A make-up class will be arranged for the students who have requested leave. The make-up class must be attended within a month of the date of leave.

• Students are required to attend classes regularly at the same fixed timeslot. Changing class timeslot during the tuition period requires a $300 administrative fee. Make-up classes do not require the administrative fee.

• Verm City is closed when a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above, or a black rainstorm warning signal is issued, all classes on the same day will be cancelled and make-up classes will be arranged. We will contact the students or parents via Whatsapp on the next working day for scheduling the make-up class.

If your child has prior rock climbing lessons at another gym we will need to do an assessment to see what level your child is at.

If your child is aged 12 & up and with both the parent/guardian AND the coach’s approval, your child can climb by themselves.

Junior class students and climbers ages 11 & under, with parent/guardian AND coach approval, will need to be supervised by their parent/guardian at all times. If the parent is adamant in having their child to climbing by themselves, a special request can be made.

Students can either get day passes or add an additional $500 to get a one month membership.
